With a whole-property rental the pool is private: you swim whenever you like. Just check that heating is included, or request it when you book. In Normandy, heated pools are split between the spas of the Côte Fleurie, thalasso centres and gîtes with indoor pools. Here are the 13 villas and holiday homes I've selected in Normandy, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend My Preference Piscine Sauna, La Chaumière de la Forge and Maison avec piscine intérieure à 30° et jacuzzi.
Each city has its own selection, with a page for each type of accommodation.

In my selection, the top-rated is My Preference Piscine Sauna (House for rent · Airbnb), with 4.99/5 (146 reviews · Airbnb). Next come La Chaumière de la Forge (4.97/5) and Maison avec piscine intérieure à 30° et jacuzzi (4.97/5).
None of the places selected in Normandy clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Les 3 Fresnes, gîte avec piscine and Maison des Pommiers, heating is seasonal (may to september). My Preference Piscine Sauna, La Chaumière de la Forge and Maison avec piscine intérieure à 30° et jacuzzi have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
Advertised temperatures: 30 °C at My Preference Piscine Sauna, 30 °C at Maison avec piscine intérieure à 30° et jacuzzi, 27 °C at Les Lodges de la Baie and 28-29 °C at Les Hortensias, piscine privée. For the other places the temperature isn't published: ask the property.
Yes: Maison avec piscine intérieure à 30° et jacuzzi and Gîte de la Faverie also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool. No confirmed heated pool, but a hot tub: Les 2 gîtes avec piscine et spa, Les Hauts du Clos Fleuri and L'Orée d'Étretat (villa avec spa).
The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
Guests mention the heated water in their reviews, with the season when they say so.
A journalist or guide who stayed there describes the heated pool.
The hotel or the platform says so, but I haven't yet found a review that confirms it.
Heating isn't specified, but the water is sheltered from the wind and cold air. Ask for the temperature before you book.
I left these out because guests report water colder than advertised, or because no heating or indoor pool is mentioned.
