In my selection, the top-rated is L'Acquale (Hotel), with 4.9/5 (400 reviews · easyJet). Next come Campo di Fiori – Maisons de Charme (4.9/5) and Hôtel Les Mouettes (4.6/5).
None of the places selected in Corsica clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At L'Acquale, Best Western Plus Ajaccio Amirauté and Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella, heating is seasonal (heated in the cooler months). Campo di Fiori – Maisons de Charme, Domaine Villas Mandarine and Hôtel Le Roi Théodore & Spa have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.

Yes: L'Acquale, Campo di Fiori – Maisons de Charme and Hôtel Les Mouettes also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool. No confirmed heated pool, but a hot tub: U Pirellu Résidence, Hôtel Mercure Ajaccio and Hotel Mariana.
