In the Périgord Noir, the Dordogne winds between limestone cliffs, castles and villages such as La Roque-Gageac or Beynac, around Sarlat and its old town. The Vézère valley and its decorated caves are close by. In spring and autumn, a heated pool lets you swim between visits. Gîtes and villas with heated pools are plentiful here, and a few hotels in Sarlat and Les Eyzies have an indoor pool. I've selected 20 places, all rated at least 8/10; the top-rated is Gîte 8 à 10 personnes, piscine chauffée (4.99/5).
Each city has its own selection, with a page for each type of accommodation.
Places are ranked from highest to lowest rated. The yellow bubble shows the advertised water temperature, when it's known.

In my selection, the top-rated is Gîte 8 à 10 personnes, piscine chauffée (Gîte for rent · Airbnb), with 4.99/5 (82 reviews · Airbnb). Next come Propriété avec piscine chauffée et grand jardin (4.98/5) and Maison à 5 minutes de Sarlat, piscine chauffée (4.97/5).
None of the places selected in the Dordogne clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Maison à 5 minutes de Sarlat, piscine chauffée, Gîte avec piscine couverte et chauffée de 10 m and Au Grand Hôtel de Sarlat, heating is seasonal (may to september). Domaine de Rochebois & Spa Nuxe, Les Glycines, Hôtel & Spa and Clos La Boétie have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
Advertised temperatures: 25 °C at Gîte avec piscine couverte et chauffée de 10 m. For the other places the temperature isn't published: ask the property.

Heating isn't specified, but the water is sheltered from the wind and cold air. Ask for the temperature before you book.
I left these out because guests report water colder than advertised, or because no heating or indoor pool is mentioned.
