None of the places selected around Mont-Saint-Michel and in Granville clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Chambre d'hôtes avec piscine, baie du Mont-Saint-Michel, heating is seasonal (1 may to 30 september). My Preference Piscine Sauna, Les Lodges de la Baie and Les Hortensias, piscine privée have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
