In my selection, the top-rated is Heliconia – appartement boutique, piscine et spa (Apartment · Airbnb), with 4.94/5 (32 reviews · Airbnb). Next come Appartement face à la mer (4.92/5) and Charmant 2 pièces avec piscine intérieure et tennis (4.86/5).
None of the places selected in northern France and Picardy clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Heliconia – appartement boutique, piscine et spa, heating is seasonal (mid-may to end of september). Appartement face à la mer, Charmant 2 pièces avec piscine intérieure et tennis and SWIMCASALILLE – loft avec piscine intérieure have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.

The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
