In my selection, the top-rated is La Maison de Solange (House for rent · Airbnb), with 4.93/5 (261 reviews · Airbnb). Next come Demeure de la Garenne (9.8/10) and Hôtel & Spa Armes de Champagne (9.7/10).
None of the places selected in Champagne clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. La Maison de Solange, Hôtel & Spa Armes de Champagne and Four Points by Sheraton Reims Cathédrale have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
