In my selection, the top-rated is Dune sauvage (House for rent · Airbnb), with 4.98/5 (52 reviews · Airbnb). Next come Le Cabanon du Héron (4.98/5) and Villa Rosa-Maria (4.96/5).
None of the places selected on the Île d'Oléron clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Villa sur la plage de Vertbois and Les Mouettes, piscine chauffée jusqu'à début novembre, heating is seasonal (1 april to 1 november). Maison de charme avec piscine intérieure chauffée has an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected on the Île d'Oléron gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
