On the Île d'Oléron, heated water mainly comes down to villas to rent, plus a few hotels with indoor pools. Here are the 3 hotels I've selected on the Île d'Oléron, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend Hôtel & Spa Le Grand Large, Hôtel et Spa Les Cleunes and Les Jardins d'Oléron.

In my selection, the top-rated is Hôtel & Spa Le Grand Large (5-star hotel), with 8.8/10 (275 reviews · Priceline). Next come Hôtel et Spa Les Cleunes (8.6/10) and Les Jardins d'Oléron (8.4/10).
None of the places selected on the Île d'Oléron clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Les Jardins d'Oléron, heating is seasonal (in season). Hôtel & Spa Le Grand Large and Hôtel et Spa Les Cleunes have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected on the Île d'Oléron gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
