Yes at ME Lisbon by Meliá, PortoBay Liberdade and Memmo Príncipe Real: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel, Lisboa Pessoa Hotel and MASA Hotel & Spa Campo Grande have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected in Lisbon gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
Yes: Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto, Altis Grand Hotel and Corinthia Lisbon also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool.
