Yes at Villa Orange: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. At Charming Villa - Colares Sintra - Heated Pool by the Beaches, heating is seasonal (april to october (weather permitting)). Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness, Hotel Cascais Miragem Health & Spa and Legacy Hotel Cascais, Curio Collection by Hilton have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
