Here are the 12 hotels I've selected on the Lycian coast, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend Payava Boutique Hotel, Hilton Dalaman Sarıgerme Resort & Spa and Jiva Beach Resort.

In my selection, the top-rated is Payava Boutique Hotel (Hotel), with 4.9/5 (200 reviews · easyJet Holidays). Next come Hilton Dalaman Sarıgerme Resort & Spa (4.7/5) and Jiva Beach Resort (8.8/10).
Yes at Payava Boutique Hotel: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. At Hotel Aqua, heating is seasonal (march to may, october and november). Hilton Dalaman Sarıgerme Resort & Spa, Jiva Beach Resort and XO Cape Arnna Fethiye have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
Advertised temperatures: 24 à 26 °C at Hotel Aqua. For the other places the temperature isn't published: ask the property.
Yes: Hilton Dalaman Sarıgerme Resort & Spa and Grand Aquarium also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool.
The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
