Yes at Five Seas by Inwood Hotels and Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. Canopy by Hilton Cannes, Cristal Hôtel & Spa and Hôtel Lepoussin have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
