With an apartment, the pool is often shared with the residence, sometimes private on the terrace. Either way, I only list the ones where the water is heated. In Cannes, several hotels on the Croisette and in the centre heat their pool, on the rooftop or in the spa. For now, only one place of this type meets my criteria in Cannes: Nemea Appart Hotel Cannes Palais.

None of the places selected in Cannes gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
