In my selection, the top-rated is Aquabella Hôtel & Spa (4-star hotel (adults only)), with 8.8/10 (2,637 reviews · Kayak). Next come Villa Gallici (9.5/10) and La Maison d'Aix (9.5/10).
None of the places selected in and around Aix-en-Provence clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Aquabella Hôtel & Spa, heating is seasonal (may to september).
