Yes at Pestana Collection Plaza Mayor: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid and Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected in Madrid gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
Yes: NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding and URSO Hotel & Spa also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool. No confirmed heated pool, but a hot tub: Penthouse sur la Gran Vía avec bassin-jacuzzi chauffé (p2lhomes) and VP Plaza España Design.
