Apartment with a heated pool in Madrid

An apartment with a heated pool gives you the freedom of a rental with the pleasure of a comfortable swim. In Madrid, almost all the places selected are in the centre, between Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía and the Prado. I haven't yet found an apartment in Madrid with a confirmed heated pool and a rating of at least 8/10.

Fancy hot water? The hot tubs

These places don't have a confirmed heated pool, but they do have a hot tub: the water is hot all year round. A good way to relax in the warm.

The hot tub. Outdoor pool on the roof terrace with heating: it works as a jacuzzi at 40 °C or as a cold plunge pool in summer. The terrace is booked privately in 3-hour slots.

I haven't yet found guest reviews that mention the jacuzzi or the water temperature.

Guide's tip. Read the listing carefully: direct bookings get priority; via Airbnb, terrace access can cost €30 per person with no guaranteed slot, and there's no refund if it breaks down.

How I check

The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.

Confirmed by guests

Guests mention the heated water in their reviews, with the season when they say so.

Confirmed by a reviewer

A journalist or guide who stayed there describes the heated pool.

Advertised only

The hotel or the platform says so, but I haven't yet found a review that confirms it.

Indoor pool

Heating isn't specified, but the water is sheltered from the wind and cold air. Ask for the temperature before you book.
