In my selection, the top-rated is Heliconia – appartement boutique, piscine et spa (Apartment · Airbnb), with 4.94/5 (32 reviews · Airbnb). Next come SWIMCASALILLE – loft avec piscine intérieure (4.82/5).
None of the places selected in Lille and its metropolitan area clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Heliconia – appartement boutique, piscine et spa, heating is seasonal (mid-may to end of september). SWIMCASALILLE – loft avec piscine intérieure has an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
Advertised temperatures: 30 °C at SWIMCASALILLE – loft avec piscine intérieure. For the other places the temperature isn't published: ask the property.

The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
