With an apartment, the pool is often shared with the residence, sometimes private on the terrace. Either way, I only list the ones where the water is heated. In Chamonix, you swim facing the Mont Blanc massif, often in the spa of a hotel in the centre. Here are the 3 apartments I've selected in Chamonix, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend Résidence Le Cristal de Jade (MGM), Les Balcons du Savoy and Pierre & Vacances Premium La Ginabelle.

Guests love the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area after a day in the mountains. One guest did, however, find the water a little cool at first, then pleasant.
Guide's tip. If you want really warm water, ask the residence about the pool temperature before you book.

These places don't have a confirmed heated pool, but they do have a hot tub: the water is hot all year round. A good way to relax in the warm.

The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
