With a whole-property rental the pool is private: you swim whenever you like. Just check that heating is included, or request it when you book. In Kemer, between sea and mountains, you swim in warm water at hotels from Beldibi to Tekirova or in a villa with a heated pool. For now, only one place of this type meets my criteria in Kemer: Kemer Villa Zengin -3.

None of the places selected in Kemer clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Kemer Villa Zengin -3, heating is seasonal (heated 1 october to 30 april). Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected in Kemer gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
