Hotels often have the biggest pools, and sometimes an indoor pool in the spa as well. In the Jura, warm water is mostly found in resort chalets and apartments, and in a few hotels with indoor pools in the wine country. Here are the 3 hotels I've selected in the Jura, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend Domaine du Moulin – Hôtel de la Vallée Heureuse, Château de Germigney and Hôtel de Paris.

These places don't have a confirmed heated pool, but they do have a hot tub: the water is hot all year round. A good way to relax in the warm.
These places were suggested to us directly by their owners. The heated pool is declared by them; they don't yet have enough guest reviews to join the selection.
In my selection, the top-rated is Domaine du Moulin – Hôtel de la Vallée Heureuse (Hotel), with 8.5/10 (322 reviews · j2ski). Next come Château de Germigney (9.2/10) and Hôtel de Paris (8.0/10).
