A large outdoor pool, a covered pool in the spa, or both: hotels are often the best equipped for a warm swim. On the Côte Vermeille, warm water is found in a handful of hotels, a few villas in Collioure and several jacuzzis with sea views. For now, only one place of this type meets my criteria on the Côte Vermeille: Hôtel & Spa Les Mouettes.

The pool. Pool heated throughout the hotel's opening period, from April to early November (Visit Occitanie). Outdoor jacuzzi facing the sea, free to use, and a spa for private hire with jacuzzi and hammam.

According to Kayak's review summary, guests enjoy the pool, the jacuzzi and the view of the Mediterranean, without mentioning the water temperature.
