With a hotel there's no need to ask for the heating or look after the pool: you just go down for a swim. On the Athens Riviera, between Glyfada and Lagonissi, the sea is close by, but a heated pool extends the season. Here are the 5 hotels I've selected on the Athens Riviera, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend Dusit Suites Athens, 91 Athens Riviera, The Resort and Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso.

The pool. Heated indoor pool (the “Vitality Pool”) in the spa, with hammam and sauna, plus a rooftop infinity pool facing the sea.
Insights Greece magazine, which visited, describes the spa pool as a heated indoor pool. Expedia reviews are still few and far between.
Guide's tip. A new hotel with few ratings so far: reread the most recent reviews before you book.
The pool. Semi-Olympic pool heated to between 24 and 26 °C from October to April, plus an indoor Vitality pool at the spa, between 24 and 29 °C. The rooms' private pools stay lukewarm in winter, between 19 and 22 °C.
I haven't yet found guest reviews that mention the water temperature.
Guide's tip. The pool is closed from 16 November to 1 December 2026 and the public pool closes from 31 October 2026: check your dates.
The pool. Indoor heated-seawater thalassotherapy pool in the thalasso centre. The outdoor pools are only open in season.
A luxury travel blog that stayed at the hotel describes the heated seawater thalasso pool. On Kayak the pool scores around 8.5/10 and guests love the pool area.
Guide's tip. Out of season only the thalasso pool is open: check whether access is included in your rate.
The pool. Indoor pool in the spa, in an adults-only hydrotherapy area. The two outdoor pools (including the Arion, which is adults-only) have temperature-controlled water, according to the hotel.
Guests praise the pools and facilities on Kayak, without mentioning the water temperature.
Guide's tip. The indoor pool is in the adults-only hydrotherapy area: if you're with family, ask which pool the children can use out of season.

I haven't yet found guest reviews that mention the water temperature. A blogger invited by the hotel mentions the indoor pool without going into detail.
Guide's tip. Heating of the indoor pool isn't specified: ask about the water temperature before a winter stay.
These places don't have a confirmed heated pool, but they do have a hot tub: the water is hot all year round. A good way to relax in the warm.
These places were suggested to us directly by their owners. The heated pool is declared by them; they don't yet have enough guest reviews to join the selection.
In my selection, the top-rated is Dusit Suites Athens (Hotel), with 9.6/10 (50 reviews · Expedia). Next come 91 Athens Riviera, The Resort (9.6/10) and Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso (8.4/10).
None of the places selected on the Athens Riviera clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At 91 Athens Riviera, The Resort, heating is seasonal (heated october to april). Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens and The Margi have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.

The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
