In my selection, the top-rated is L'Esquisse Hôtel & Spa Colmar – MGallery (Hotel), with 9.8/10 (285 reviews · Expedia). Next come Cheval Blanc Lembach (9.7/10) and Hôtel Le Rapp (8.6/10).
None of the places selected in Alsace clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. L'Esquisse Hôtel & Spa Colmar – MGallery, Cheval Blanc Lembach and Hôtel Le Rapp have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
Advertised temperatures: 30 °C at L'Hôtel & Spa Ribeauvillé and 30 °C at Le Clos des Sources, Hôtel Spa en Alsace. For the other places the temperature isn't published: ask the property.
Yes: L'Esquisse Hôtel & Spa Colmar – MGallery, Hôtel Spa & Restaurant Au Chasseur and Le Clos des Sources, Hôtel Spa en Alsace also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool.
The word "heated" on a booking page isn't enough. Every place must have a rating of at least 8/10 (or 4/5) and carries one of these four levels.
