Saint-Malo keeps its walled town facing the mouth of the Rance, with Dinard on the opposite bank and Cancale looking out over the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. The tides here are among the strongest in Europe and the wind quickly cools the beach. The thalasso centres of the Sillon and Dinard, a few guesthouses and villas with heated pools in Saint-Lunaire let you swim sheltered from the elements. I've selected 17 places, all rated at least 8/10; the top-rated is La Douce Escapade (4.99/5).
Each city has its own selection, with a page for each type of accommodation.

In my selection, the top-rated is La Douce Escapade (House for rent · Airbnb), with 4.99/5 (148 reviews · Airbnb). Next come Villa d'architecte avec piscine intérieure (4.97/5) and Maison avec piscine chauffée et vue sur la Rance (4.97/5).
None of the places selected in Saint-Malo and on the Emerald Coast clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. At Pause à l'Escale (avec sauna), T3 de standing à 50 m de la plage and Hôtel Le Chatellier, heating is seasonal (april to september). Villa d'architecte avec piscine intérieure, La Métairie du Vauhariot and Le Grand Hôtel des Thermes have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected in Saint-Malo and on the Emerald Coast gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.

I left these out because guests report water colder than advertised, or because no heating or indoor pool is mentioned.
