A guesthouse combines the charm of a home with the services of a small hotel. When the pool is heated, even better. In Palermo, you swim in warm water on the rooftops of the centre or at the villas along the coast, as far as Cefalù. I haven't yet found a guesthouse in Palermo with a confirmed heated pool and a rating of at least 8/10.
