In Marbella, several villas in Las Chapas charge extra for pool heating, so remember to book it. Here are the 10 hotels I've selected in Marbella, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend Puente Romano Beach Resort, Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach and Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar.

In my selection, the top-rated is Puente Romano Beach Resort (Hotel), with 4.6/5 (2,871 reviews · TripAdvisor (via lastminute.com)). Next come Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach (4.6/5) and Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar (8.8/10).
Yes at Puente Romano Beach Resort and Ona Alanda Club Marbella: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. At Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach and Hotel El Fuerte Marbella, heating is seasonal (during the opening season). Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar, Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella and Aparthotel Monarque Sultán have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected in Marbella gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
Yes: Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach, Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar and Marbella Club Hotel · Golf Resort & Spa also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool. No confirmed heated pool, but a hot tub: Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella.
