A handful of rooms, a personal welcome and a heated pool: that's the promise of a good guesthouse. In Palma and the rest of Mallorca, it's a choice between hotels in the old town and villas at the foot of the Tramuntana. For now, only one place of this type meets my criteria in Palma de Mallorca: Monnaber Nou Finca Hotel & Spa.
