On Tenerife, you choose between the sunny south around Costa Adeje and the greener north around Puerto de la Cruz. Here are the 29 hotels I've selected on Tenerife, all rated at least 8/10; I particularly recommend Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden, Royal Hideaway Corales Suites and Iberostar Selection Anthelia.

Yes at Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. At H10 Costa Adeje Palace, heating is seasonal (heated in winter). Iberostar Selection Anthelia, Iberostar Waves Las Dalias and Hotel Las Águilas Tenerife have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
None of the places selected on Tenerife gives a precise temperature. Ask the property before booking, especially out of season.
Yes: Baobab Suites, Bahia Principe Sunlight Costa Adeje and Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool. No confirmed heated pool, but a hot tub: Hotel Puerto Palace.
