In my selection, the top-rated is Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden (Hotel), with 4.7/5 (2,950 reviews · TripAdvisor (via Logitravel)). Next come Atlantic El Tope (8.7/10) and Hotel Las Águilas Tenerife (8.6/10).
None of the places selected in Puerto de la Cruz clearly advertises a pool heated all year round. Hotel Las Águilas Tenerife, Best Semiramis and Alua Tenerife (ex-Turquesa Playa) have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
