Yes at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel: the pool is advertised as heated all year round. At Best Western Hotel La Solara Sorrento, Il San Pietro di Positano and Hotel Santa Caterina, heating is seasonal (heated in spring and autumn). Casa Angelina, Hotel Piccolo Sant'Andrea and Bellevue Syrene have an indoor pool, sheltered from the wind. Either way, ask for the heating dates before you book.
Advertised temperatures: 28 °C at Grand Hotel Aminta. For the other places the temperature isn't published: ask the property.
Yes: Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel & Spa, Covo dei Saraceni and Palazzo Avino also have a hot tub in addition to the heated pool. No confirmed heated pool, but a hot tub: Hotel Montemare, Hotel Margherita and Grand Hotel Royal.
